Chief Executive Message

The Punjab School established in 1992 in Township under the auspices of Makkah Foundation, stands out as one of the most prestigious chains of schools, which has gained singular recognition through its meritorious results during its short history, in tough competition with already established and most reputed schools of the province. Now it has developed into a complete educational system and the management has established its other four campuses at Kot Khawaja Saeed, Johar Town, Khayaban-e-Jinnah and WAPDA Town Campus in continuation and extension of its policy to promote quality education at affordable expense to all strata of the society. These purpose-built educational campuses are equipped with modern facilities for imparting quality education to produce students’ representative of true Muslim culture, imbued with a zest for learning.

The primary aim of education is to develop the intellectual level of a child by stimulating his / her capacity for thinking, reasoning, and analyzing through listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Memorizing things without understanding does not promote comprehension. We plan to give our children the first wholesome experience of joining the world of a protected environment under the umbrella of academically qualified and professionally experienced teachers for the comprehensive development of personality. We plan to ensure the provision of state-of-the-art facilities with an even emphasis on outdoor and indoor co-curricular activities in the form of games like swimming, cricket, football, hockey, basketball, badminton, and table tennis etc. Exposure to Scouting, Speech Contests, Debates and Declamations, Quiz Competitions, STEM and Robotics Competition, Science Exhibition and Art & Craft Exhibitions help the students gain confidence and excel gracefully in their practical life. Our stalwarts in sports are playing in National Hockey and Cricket Teams. One of our students, Salman Akbar was the captain of the Pakistan Hockey team. Our swimmers have won accolades in swimming at National and International levels in age group levels.

Educational systems worldwide are recognizing the importance of integrating the 21st century skills into curricula to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of the modern world. Teachers and parents play a vital role in nurturing these skills in students through both formal and informal education. What children require today in schools is not just academic lessons. A schooling system that helps a child understand his or her self, emotions, and mental duress while teaching him or her how to build up healthy and functional relationships as well as develop resilience and team spirit is the true form of education. We ensure to provide a truly academic aura where parents can confidently entrust their progenies in the safe hands of professionally trained teaching staff, who have proved their mettle and competencies by producing exemplary results in academics and co-curricular activities at provincial and national levels. Fostering students’ competence in applying interdisciplinary knowledge to solve problems has been recognized as an important and challenging issue globally. This is why STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) has been emphasized from Primary Level onward in schools. STEM Programmes are providing students with unique learning opportunities. Cutting-edge technology, training system, curriculum, and e-learning solutions position our teachers to deliver this learning in a captivating, efficient, and fun way. Another milestone is the launching of the Center of Educational Research and Technological Innovation (CERIT). It will be an innovation hub for innovators who would like a space to develop their ideas into reality. The centre is set up to offer academicians to develop concrete leading edge tutorials, model lessons that will strengthen resources / materials viability across the system.

I want my students to think critically, analyze and evaluate information for accuracy, relevance, and credibility, think out of the box, be open to new perspectives, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, be comfortable with digital tools etc. Skills like adaptability, problem solving, global awareness, financial literacy, emotional intelligence, resilience, cultural competence, ethical and moral reasoning, media literacy, environmental awareness, self-directed learning are increasingly important for students to contribute to a more sustainable future. Entrust your child to a wholesome environment of our system for carving him/her into a confident, competent, and courageous citizen to contribute towards the wellbeing of a civilized society. Your child is a sacred trust with us, and we undertake to infuse in him an insatiable urge for learning, leading towards ultimate success. Parents’ willing cooperation will surely facilitate the achievement of this gigantic task. May Allah سبحانہ وتعالیٰ help us in the attainment of this cherished goal.
